Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, "consumer" means a private individual who purchases something without a commercial purpose. The cooling-off period is 14 days after receipt, during which the consumer may cancel the purchase. The distance contract is a purchase made through the webshop. The right of withdrawal is the right to cancel the purchase within the cooling-off period without giving a reason.
Article 2 – Entrepreneur
The provider is Anna Herbalism, established in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 73154229. You can contact us via info@annaherbalism.nl.
Article 3 – Application
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements between Anna Herbalism and the consumer. The consumer will be informed of these terms and conditions prior to purchase. For electronic purchases, the terms and conditions will be made available in a durable format.
Article 4 – Offer:
Subscriptions can be purchased via the website. Offers are non-binding, but clearly and completely described. Prices include VAT. Images are representative, but colors may vary slightly. Errors in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.
Article 5 – The Agreement
An agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions. For online purchases, the consumer receives immediate confirmation by email. Anna Herbalism may refuse an order if there are any doubts about payment. Upon delivery, the consumer receives information about the company, the right of withdrawal, warranties, and service.
Article 6 – Long-term transactions.
Consumerscan cancel our subscription at any time with a maximum one-month notice period. Without cancellation, the subscription will continue at the specified frequency.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
The rightof withdrawal applies to items, but not to consumer goods. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of delivered tea. However, we will refund a purchase if there is a clear defect and the customer can prove it. The customer must report this within 14 days. We will then refund the purchase price within 14 days or work with you to find another solution.
Article 8 – – Prices
We don't revise our prices often and they are fixed at least quarterly. All prices include VAT. Printing and typographical errors do not entitle you to delivery at the incorrect price.
Article 9 – Warranty:
Products must comply with the agreement. Any defects must be reported within two weeks. . A response The warranty is void in the event of misuse, self-repair, or damage by the consumer.
Artikel 10 – Delivery
Orders will be shipped no later than the 1st of the following month. In the event of a delay, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the purchase. The risk remains with the entrepreneur until delivery.
Artikel 11 – Payment
After sending your selection, you have 7 days to make the payment.
Artikel 12 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within two weeks . A response will be provided within 14 days. If the complaint is not resolved, it can be submitted to WebwinkelKeur or the European ODR Platform.
Artikel 13 – Disputes
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. The Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.
Artikel 14 – Additional provisions
Deviations from these conditions are only valid if they are recorded in writing and are not detrimental to the consumer.
